For additional $ 15.00, 2nd Day Express delivery is available on some items unless there is a
specific lead time noted. We will notify you by email to provide you with an estimated time
of delivery or any delay. The larger items sent directly from our suppliers

We gladly accept return
if you¡¯re not 100% satisfied. Upon receipt of your item,
contact OLOZOO to receive a return authorization (RA) number. And simply return it with RA number in its
original condition for a full refund to your credit card within 30
days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs to return the

at the purchasers¡¯ expense.
