Return Policy

We gladly accept return if you're not 100% satisfied.
Upon receipt of your item,contact OLOZOO to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
And simply return it with RA number in its original condition for a full refund to your credit card within 30 days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs to return the product is at the purchasers' expense.
Please contact us at INFO@OLOZOO.COM to request a RA#. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
Please note a 20% of restocking fee will be applied if opened or used.You may contact us to cancel your order before it has been processed.
If order has been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. All special order items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.
We generally require a 50% deposit for all special orders. All sale items are also final sale and non-refundable.
We collect sales tax of 9.75% to all orders shipped within California State.
We will not share any personal information with any parties.
The information will solely use for processing and shipping purchaser's orders.
